2. Subscription Plans

Reviewly offers various subscription plans (monthly and annual) for our customer feedback management platform. Subscriptions are billed in advance based on your chosen billing cycle.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.

Note: The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for this guarantee.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

4.1 Within 30 Days of Initial Purchase

Full refunds are available for new customers within 30 days of their initial subscription purchase, regardless of the reason.

4.2 Service Issues

If you experience significant service disruptions or technical issues that prevent you from using the Service effectively, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.

4.3 Billing Errors

If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we will issue a full refund or credit for the incorrect amount.

4.4 Duplicate Charges

If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund all duplicate charges.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days (except in cases of service issues)
  • Renewal payments (unless covered by the 30-day guarantee for first-time renewals)
  • Add-on services or features purchased separately
  • Usage-based charges that have already been consumed
  • Refunds requested due to violation of our Terms of Service

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Your account access will be terminated upon refund approval
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to 10-14 business days.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only available as outlined in this policy.

9. Prorated Refunds

In certain circumstances (such as significant service issues), we may offer prorated refunds based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription period. Prorated refunds are calculated on a daily basis.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
