Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Reviewly's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Reviewly's website

Reviewly provides a customer feedback management platform that allows businesses to collect, analyze, and understand customer feedback through AI-powered sentiment analysis and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

5. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription to the Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reviewly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
